Day 105: Mother’s Day.

Each year on Mother’s Day my sisters and I get together and head to the grave site where our mom was buried. We replace the old flowers with new ones & clean up the headstone and surrounding area. This year my sisters brought along their little girls to help. In honestly, they did most of the work, lol. They were so clueless to where they were and what they were doing… all they cared about at that moment was grabbing a toothbrush & a cup of water and helping us clean the dirt from the headstone. Their eagerness & excitement really made it hard for the rest of us not to smile. Children are quite special little people.

The above photo is of my niece Alana. She was sweeping up the dirt & leaves from the ground with an old fabric flower. lol

@ Cricket. Oh wow! Thanks. :D I’m glad you like it. If you ever want to go to Walgreens (or wherever) and get some photos printed for you, we can! You should start a family photo album. :)

Oh, and you know I love those little buttheads. And I love taking photos of them! It’s no problem, at allll. Alana is actually my favorite subject — if you can’t tell, haha.
