Trina, So cool to know you make up I recipes, I do it all of the time. Most of the time I can’t do it exactly the same is my problem. I guess I should take the time to write them down. This looks excellent, could be a great breakfast recipe if ham was the main meat rather than meatloaf. I would enter that one in a recipe contest for sure. @ Teddy. Thank you! For someone who loves colors, I am starting to get use to the milky white walls. It’s an apartment so we’re not allowed to paint. I always dreamed my house would have earthy colored walls. Although, I am getting used to the whole white walls.. with colorful art work and accents, it wouldn’t be so bad. :D

OMG, that’s too delicious! I wouldn’t be botherd by their names, e.g. stuff this stuff that – as long as I can sink my teeth into them, I’m contempt :D really lovely photo of the food. And I like it that your house interior is milky white… looks very clean, huge and elegant.

Oh, and yes! Very excited about making a gravy sauce for it. OH! And grilled bell peppers sounds amazing in it, whatcha think? Cook them with the ham and eggs? yessss.

For those of you reading this, Trina always creates different, unique recipes. The names, however, aren’t so unique, like:

Pickle Stuff
Trina Burritos
Sausage Stuff

Given that, this recipe will probably be dubbed “Trina Meatloaf” or “Meatloaf Stuff” :) Either way, this was effing amazing. Next time, we’re thinking about making some kind of gravy or sauce to go over the top.
